Sincere thanks to Beth Hoffman for bringing the voice of Todd Western III to her readers and listeners. I’ve lived in Iowa all my life, (do I dare say 70 years…. I’m adjusting to that number), from NW Iowa, through Central Iowa and the past 15 years in SE Iowa. I never had a clue there were any black farmers in Iowa. Shame on me, and thanks again, Beth, for bringing this Iowa history and current circumstances to my attention.
